Classes at the Yoga Studio are designed to introduce the ancient
practice of yoga to the modern day individual. In a gentle and supportive way, Amanda guides participants through yoga postures,
breathing exercises and meditations with constant suggestions of how to apply these techniques in day to day life for greater
ease in movement, practical management of stress symptoms, and a deeper connection to the source of life. Enjoy a refreshing
time spent in the peaceful environment of the Yoga Studio and re-enter your life feeling balanced, centered and deeply rejuvenated.
2. Dress comfortably, bring 1 or 2 cotton Mexican blankets and a yoga strap and sticky mat (these can be purchased wherever yoga props are sold)
3. Please refrain from wearing perfumes, as some folks are sensitive.
4. Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in quietly for class so that we can begin on time.
5. Consider private instruction for any special conditions or to deepen your private practice. Call for an appointment; the fee is $100.00 for 2 hours.
